Hilary Duff Sued For 2010 Car Crash

Hilary Duff crashed her Range Rover into another car in December 2010 and the other driver is now suing the former Disney star. The driver, Rachel Owens, is claiming that she was injured during the accident, and that her injuries prevented her from doing her job.
