Justin Bieber Pulled Over After High Speed Chase – Should He Be Arrested?

Uh oh! Justin Bieber was racing to get away from the paparazzi this week and was reportedly driving extremely fast and weaving in and out of traffic trying to dodge the photographers. Justin was pulled over after an LA City Councilman saw the chase and called 911.

The councilman told TMZ that he thinks Justin should be arrested for the reckless speeds he was traveling at. However, Justin’s manager Scooter Braun thinks the councilman is looking for media attention. Do YOU think Justin should get in trouble for driving fast to outrun the paparazzi?

After the officers let Justin continue on his way the paparazzi started chasing him again and Justin called 911 on them. Then the group all got pulled over again and the paparazzi were warned to leave Justin alone.
