   She sent that tweet because Justin was on the Kyle & Jackie O radio show when he took a call from her. After the call, the host said that she sounded young. Justin said that his mom was young when she had him and that he was “an accident”.

   she said that because Justin said in an interview in Australia that he was an accident..cuz the interviewer asked him if we wants kinds cuz his mom had him at his age..
