Miley Cyrus Cuts Her Hair August 12, 2012

Miley Cyrus just chopped off almost all of her hair, and she is absolutely loving it! She doesn’t care what her haters think because she says this is the first time she has ever truly felt like herself with a haircut – that’s fabulous Miley!
