When it was time to introduce Carly Rae Jepsen to the US, Justin Bieber teamed with Selena Gomez, Ashley Tisdale, Carlos Pena and more to create a music video for Carly’s single “Call Me Maybe.” Now that Scooter has signed Korean K-pop artist Psy we are wondering if Justin will do the same thing!
