Downtown Disney Frankenweenie Weekend At Walt Disney World
Walt Disney World has announced a Frankenweenie celebration at Downtown Disney from September 28-30, 2012. The events taking place over the weekend will kick-off the October 5, 2012 debut of Tim Burton’s “Frankenweenie” film.
You’ll be able to purchase $6 tickets for screenings of the following movies:
“The Nightmare Before Christmas” at 4:15 p.m.
“Alice in Wonderland” at 6:30 p.m.
“The Nightmare Before Christmas” at 8:00 p.m.
“Alice in Wonderland” at 10:30 p.m.
You’ll also be able to get an extended sneak peek at “Frankenweenie” at the Downtown Disney AMC theater.
In addition, the following events will take place at Downtown Disney each night from 6-11pm:
- New Holland Pet Cemetery picture spot presented by HGTV and inspired by “Frankenweenie”
- First Walt Disney World meet and greet with Jack & Sally from “The Nightmare Before Christmas”
- “Frankenweenie”-inspired merchandise at D-Street
- Special treats and beverages including Franken Fusion Lemonade, Frankenweenie hot dogs and more
