Have you been lucky enough to spot Bridgit on her trip? The “Good Luck Charlie” star will be super busy in the coming weeks promoting her album “Hello My Name Is.” Bridgit’s CD will release in stores and online on October 22, 2012. Do you plan on picking it up when it releases?
