Maria Canals-Barrera Says Selena Gomez Will Do A Great Job Executive Producing The “Wizards Of Waverly Place” Special
Selena Gomez is set to executive produce a new “Wizards of Waverly Place” special for the Disney Channel! The special will begin filming in Los Angeles, California in October and is expected to premiere in early 2013.
Selena’s “Wizards of Waverly Place” co-star Maria Canals-Barrera recently spoke about her excitement for Selena to be executive producing the special. Maria told E! News:
I think she’ll be great because she’s great at seeing the whole picture. She’s not just focused on her part. She’s the kind of actor that can see the whole story. I think she’ll take it seriously like she does. I think it’s going to be great, I really do. I’m very excited about it.
