Is Justin Bieber’s Fight With His Computer Thief And Hacker A Prank To Promote The “Beauty And A Beat” Music Video?

October 12, 2012 • By Home

Alright…Justin Bieber revealed to his fans that his computer and camera were stolen, and that the thief walked away with a bunch of personal footage. Here’s Justin’s note to his fans:

Sucks when u take personal footage and people don’t respect your privacy. Yesterday during the show me and my tour manager josh had some stuff stolen. Really sucks. People should respect other’s property. I had a lot of personal footage on that computer and camera and that is what bothers me the most. #lame #norespect

Then, a Twitter user popped up with the user name gexwy, and Justin began having conversations with them about his footage. The user began posting videos to YouTube to prove that they had figured out Justin’s password and hacked his computer. Then, the hacker revealed that he was going to post some footage that would upset Justin’s fans at noon today.

Now, this sounds horrible right? But, if someone hacked Justin’s computer would HE really be the one dealing with the Twitter user? Here’s what Justin told gexwy:

@gexwy no matter what you have and what you post tomorrow i know my fans wont leave me. screw it. #toostrong

Justin then reTweeted a note from Nicki Minaj who revealed that she had a big surprise for her fans tomorrow. Nice marketing on Justin’s part to be honest. We’re excited to see the “Beauty And A Beat” music video at noon!

Here are some videos that gexwy Tweeted so far:
