Miley Cyrus Wants Her Fans To Realize She Has Matured As An Actor
Miley Cyrus is promoting the arrival of her movie “LOL” in the UK, and during a recent interview she reveled that she hopes that her fans realize that she has matured as an actor, rather than thinking she has stepped away from her younger fans. Here’s what Miley had to say, via SugarScape:
I hope they see all of us in a new light. I hope they see me as someone who is maturing, not stepping away from my younger fans but maturing, and picking roles that I can really relate to. I’m so excited to see Douglas [Booth] come out as an American actor. I think he’s done so many amazing things for the BBC. One of my favourite movies is ‘Worried about the Boy’ about Boy George. He’s the lead and it’s unbelievable, so so happy to see him succeed. I came from a franchise Hannah Montana and Ashley Greene came from Twilight so I’m happy for people to see her in a totally new way and she couldn’t be more opposite.
