Did Justin Bieber Hit A Security Guard During His Believe Concert?

Some new video footage has surfaced from one of Justin Bieber’s recent Believe tour concerts, and according to fans in the crowd Justin assaulted a security guard, but it’s really hard to tell. Watch below and you’ll see Justin singing for the crowd and then giving what was said to be a pair of sunglasses to a security guard in the audience.

The story is that Justin wanted the security guard to hold on to the glasses, but the security guard thought that Justin meant for him to give them to a fan. Justin got upset when he saw the security guard pass the glasses on to a fan and he walked back over and slapped him in the face.

Then, Justin gives his fans a bunch of high fives. Yikes! Watch below and let us know if YOU think Justin slapped the security guard.
