Disney Channel’s “Wizards Of Waverly Place” Special Titled “The Wizards Return: Alex Vs. Alex”
Selena Gomez shared the photo above with her fans of the front page of her script for the Disney Channel “Wizards Of Waverly Place” special she is executive producing. The cover reveals the title of the special – “the Wizards Return: Alex Vs. Alex.”
The cast of “Wizards Of Waverly Place” have been working on the special all this week. We can’t wait to see it when it arrives in two parts in 2013. No official premiere date has been announced yet.
We’re pretty bummed that David Henrie won’t be in the special though. We wonder how the story will explain why David’s character isn’t there…what are your guesses? And, what do you think of the title of the special, “The Wizards Return: Alex Vs. Alex”?

I think they’ll probably explain Justin (David Henrie)’s absence by saying that he’s busy being the Headmaster of WizTech. Which, although it makes sense, REALLY makes me sad.

Well, in the last episode of Wizards of Waverly Pace the series, Alex (Selena Gomez ) became the family wizard and Justin ( David Henrie ) became the new headmaster of WizTech. So I Think David Henrie isn’t going to be in the new Wizards of Waverly Place special because maybe he has something to do with his new job has headmaster Russo.

I think it’s because it has something to do with Justin’s (David henrie) new job as headmaster of WizTech
I just can’t watch this special without my man, David. Plus, the kids are too old, I don’t like Wizards as much as I used to anymore, the finale was a perfect way to end the show, and also, the plot is stupid.
I think that they’ll say that Justin is too busy at Wiztech and being the new professor.
