Miley Cyrus Has Filed For A Permanent Restraining Order Against Her Trespasser
Miley Cyrus has filed for a permanent restraining order against the man who jumped her fence over the summer carrying a pair of scissors and telling police he was Miley’s husband. The trespasser is currently in jail and Miley has a temporary restraining order in place, but she is seeking a permanent one now in case he gets out of jail early, before his year and a half sentence is complete.
A hearing has been scheduled for later this month to decide if Miley should be granted the permanent restraining order. We hope she gets it!
