Miley Cyrus is hanging out in New York City this week, and she is surprised by how many fans are hanging out outside of her hotel waiting to see her! She revealed in a recent Tweet that she can’t wait to see how everyone reacts when she releases her upcoming album, which is due out early in 2013.
