“Modern Family”actress Ariel Winter was at the West Hollywood Farmers Market in California on November 25, 2012. Ariel was joined by her sister Shanelle Workman, and the two enjoyed snow cones during their excursion.

Ariel is going through a lot right now. Currently she is living with her sister as she was taken out of her mother’s home following allegations that she was being physically and emotionally abused. A court date is set for next month to decide where Ariel will live permanently. We’ll keep you posted.
