Lindsay Lohan Arrested For Hitting A Woman In A New York Nightclub, Faces Possible Jail Time
Former Disney star Lindsay Lohan was arrested at 4am this morning outside of Club Avenue in New York after hitting a woman in the face during an argument. Lindsay was reportedly trying to flee the scene in her car at the time of her arrest.
Lindsay reportedly asked the woman, who was sitting near her in a booth, for some space, and they then got into an argument which became physical. Lindsay has been charged with third-degree assault.
Lindsay is currently being held at the police station, and she will be given a court date upon her release. It is possible that Lindsay could face jail time for the physical altercation along with a handful of other misdemeanors she has on her record. We’ll keep you posted.
