Nick Jonas paid a visit to Demi Lovato on the set of “The X Factor” this week! Nick was spotted by the audience during one of the commercial breaks, AND he and Demi were spotted hanging out backstage together during the show and again after the show! Nick accompanied Demi to an “X Factor” viewing party held at The Grove that night too and to dinner!
