Either Justin Bieber was upset that the paparazzi were following him, or one of the photographers said something to upset the star, either way he threw a water bottle at the paparazzi in Miami, Florida on December 11, 2012. No paparazzi have spoken out about the incident, and neither has Justin, but we’ll keep you posted.
