Disneyland’s Big Thunder Mountain Railroad Closing For Refurbishments January 7, 2013

The Big Thunder Mountain Railroad ride at the Disneyland park will be closing for refurbishments on January 7, 2013. The railroad will then open in the Fall of next year.

We know that Disney is making a TV movie based on the ride, and we wonder if they will be adding new elements that will coincide with the upcoming TV movie? We’ll keep you posted!
