Debby Ryan Plans To Release An Album In 2013
Debby Ryan was chatting with her fans on Twitter last night, and she started re-Tweeting a bunch of their messages about 2013 possibly being the year that she releases her first album. Debby did not confirm that she WAS in fact planning to release a CD, however we have a feeling that she was hinting at something by re-Tweeting so many messages about herself releasing an album!
