Jonas Brothers Concertgoer Sues After Being Crushed At A Concert At The Grove Three Years Ago

A concertgoer has sued the Jonas Brothers after attending a show they put on at the Grove in California three years ago. The free concert was held outside and the concertgoer is claiming that she suffered “severe injury to her body and shock to her nervous system [plus] great mental and nervous pain” after being pushed against a fence by the large crowd.

The woman is suing not only the Jonas Brothers, but also the venue for negligence. She claims that both parties were aware that the crowd would be large, and that they should have used more security measures to control the crowd.

Neither party being sued has released a statement. We’ll keep you posted.
