Justin Bieber Gets A New 1994 Tattoo

Justin Bieber reportedly got a new tattoo that is the Roman Numeral number 1994. That’s the year he was born! Justin has yet to share a photo of the tattoo with his fans, but we believe it is on his chest, opposite of his crown tattoo.
