Noah Cyrus’ Puppy Penny Lane Ran Away While Tied To A Starbucks Chair
Uh oh! Noah Cyrus went to Starbucks this week, and she tied her new puppy Penny Lane to a chair outside the coffee shop, but that didn’t work too well for her! Here’s what Noah revealed:
so I tied penny to a chair at StarBucks and I was gonna run in really fast and I look out the window and she is running away with the chair. so no Starbucks for me.
Bummer! That must have been pretty funny to see though!
