  1. Wow that was an incredible time. The Philippines fans were amazing at getting us live video coverage of David’s arrival and press conferences and other events. And TV5 was helpful by allowing that and they also provided a web page with behind-the-scenes photos and videos. David had never done any drama acting before but they got right into heavy filming and I think David even had to cry for a scene on the first day. The show aired over 25 weekdays starting February 20 so that will be another anniversary! And yes – there were existing low quality live streams of the channel on the web and many of us got up at unusual hours to watch even though most of us could not understand the Tagalog language lines. Some characters mainly spoke Tagalog and “Josh Bradley” (David) and his friends mainly spoke English. I am still hoping for a release of a subtitled DVD set.

  2. Who knew David could act?

  3. I thought that there was a lot of unnecessary repetition on that show and some of the acting was a little over the top, but I thought David did a wonderful job. I was really impressed with him, especially at the beach scenes.

  4. Yes to both questions. I got up at 5am for 5 weeks to watch Nandito Ako. It was a lot of fun “watching” it with other fans around the world, and trending something series related on Twitter each day. I have also watched David’s Rainbow remix video a number of times. I love the cool message and vibe and seeing David getting into it. Can’t believe it’s been a year already. I was hoping to get a DVD of the series too.
