ABC Orders A Pilot TV Show From Writer Andrea Abbate

ABC has ordered a new pilot TV comedy from writer Andrea Abbate. The show is about a character named Karey who is the black sheep in a family of thieves. Karey ends up raising her brother’s kids when he is sent to prison, along with raising her own adopted son, with the goal of giving the kids a normal childhood.

The show will be executive produced by Shawn Levy, Marty Adelstein and Becky Clements.
