Justin Bieber’s Ferrari was pulled over by cops last night, but he wasn’t driving it. Instead, sources saw a man at the wheel with a woman sitting in the passengers seat. The police cited the driver for driving without a license.
Another man in an SUV parked at a nearby gas station to pick up the man and the woman when the police were done speaking with them. No word yet who drove Justin’s car away from the scene.
