Justin Bieber got a new X tattoo and debuted it in London, England last night. Justin was spotted at the Project nightclub and then at the Dstrkt club.

Justin left the club with rumored girlfriend Ella Paige and two mystery ladies. They all went back to Justin’s hotel where he told his fans he was busy recording music.
