Is Miley Cyrus Leaking Photos Of Herself Smoking To Change Her Image?

Another picture of Miley Cyrus smoking has arrived online. Both photos of Miley smoking what looks to be an illegal substance were posted on a fake Instagram account for the former Disney star. While Miley has revealed that she does not have an Instagram account, she has not denied that she is the one smoking in the pictures.

In both pictures Miley’s face is covered up by smoke, but her tattoos are all there where they usually are, leading many to believe that the photos are in fact of Miley.

So, who is posting them? Do you think she is the one leaking the pictures so that her image isn’t as squeaky clean as it once was so when her album comes out it won’t be a surprise that her new songs aren’t like what we’re used to hearing from her?
