Justin Bieber was photographed arriving at his hotel in London, England last night after a concert in Birmingham. Justin was shirtless and looked a bit sleepy, but that wasn’t going to stop him from celebrating his 19th birthday!

Justin turned 19 today, March 1, 2013. He told his fans after his concert:
