Justin Bieber Goes Shirtless Just Before Turning 19 Years Old
We want to wish Justin Bieber a very happy 19th birthday! Justin was spotted exiting his concert in Birmingham, England last night, and arriving back at his hotel in London, shirtless and looking a bit sleepy. But we’re sure he found the energy to ring in his 19th birthday with a big celebration!
