Disney Channel And Disney XD Celebrate National Platypus Day March 2, 2013
Disney Channel and Disney XD are celebrating National Platypus Day today, March 2, 2013! There are “Phineas and Ferb” marathons running on both channels today and Disney XD is premiering a brand new “Phineas and Ferb” episode titled “Primal Perry.” A description of the episode is below.
When Perry comes face to face with an Australian platypus hunter named Liam (voiced by Jesse Spencer) set out on destroying him, his unwavering demeanor is threatened and his life is put in danger. He must find a way to defeat this villainous foe, rescue Doofenshmirtz from the error of his ways and save himself from the hunt, all the while maintaining the sanctity of the Danville Botanical Gardens.
