Miley Cyrus Attends Victoria Justice’s Birthday Party Without Liam Hemswoth

Miley Cyrus attended Victoria Justice’s 20th birthday party on March 2, 2013 without her fiance Liam Hemsworth, leading many to believe they really aren’t together anymore. The party was held at the RH Restaurant in the Andaz Hotel.

A source who was at the party revealed that Miley seemed to be trying to concentrate on her friends at the party, and looked like she had something else on her mind.
