Carrie Fisher Will Reprise Her Role As Princess Leia In “Star Wars: Episode VII”
Actress Carrie Fisher will reprise her role as Princess Leia in the upcoming “Star Wars: Episode VII” movie. Carrie spoke with Palm Beach Illustrated and joked about how she pictures her character in the movie:
[I think she's] elderly. She’s in an intergalactic old folks’ home. I just think she would be just like she was before, only slower and less inclined to be up for the big battle. [She'll still have] the bagel buns and the bikini, because probably she has sundowners syndrome. At sundown, she thinks that she’s twentysomething. And she puts it on and gets institutionalized.
