Miley Cyrus was out without her engagement ring in Los Angeles, California last night. Miley WAS photographed wearing a sparkly ring on her ring finger, but it was NOT the ring she had been given by Liam Hemsworth when he proposed marriage.

Earlier in the day Miley had told her fans that her marriage was still on. Then why step out without her ring?
