Amy Poehler And Tina Fey Respond To Taylor Swift
Amy Poehler and Tina Fey made a joke about Taylor Swift at the 2013 Golden Globe Awards, telling the audience that Taylor should stay away from Michael J. Fox’s son. Taylor didn’t appreciate the joke, telling Vanity Fair:
You know, Katie Couric is one of my favorite people. She said to me she had heard a quote that she loved, that said, ‘There’s a special place in he** for women who don’t help other women.’
Woah, the always nice Taylor lashed out at Amy and Tina for sure! And here’s how Amy responded, via The Hollywood Reporter:
I feel bad if she was upset. I am a feminist and she is a young and talented girl. That being said, I do agree I am going to he**. But for other reasons. Mostly boring tax stuff.
While Tina had this to say, via ET:
If anyone was going to get mad at us, I thought it would be James Cameron. I did not see that one coming. It was a joke. It was a lighthearted joke.
