We hope everything is alright! Hilary Duff was spotted taking her son Luca to the doctors office on March 12, 2013. The photographers spotted Hilary and Luca in Beverly Hills, California, but she didn’t reveal if she was there for a checkup or for something more serious.

Hilary has been really busy lately! She and her family just returned from a trip to Hawaii, and she has been catching up with friends and working on new projects that we can’t wait to hear about!
