Lindsay Lohan Could Still End Up In Jail Instead Of Locked Rehab
Uh oh. Lindsay Lohan was just in court and agreed to spend 3 months in a locked rehab facility, however it looks like she could still end up going to jail for that time instead of rehab. How is that? Well, Lindsay’s lawyer Mark Heller told the judge that Lindsay would serve her sentence in New York, but New York doesn’t have any locked rehab locations.
No word yet if Lindsay will serve her time in rehab in another state, or if she will end up behind bars for 90 days. We’ll keep you posted.
