Amanda Bynes’ Court Case Set To Be Dismissed
Amanda Bynes‘ court case involving allegedly throwing drug paraphernalia out of her window in New York City is set to be dismissed – but there are conditions. Amanda claimed back when the cops came into her apartment after complaints from neighbors in her apartment building that she threw a vase out of the window, not anything else.
According to reports the police didn’t collect the pieces of whatever was thrown out of the window for days after it happened, so there is no way to prove that the object was Amanda’s even if it was drug paraphernalia.
A judge has decided to dismiss the case, but only if Amanda stays clean and continues with her post-rehab therapy for the next 6 months.
Amanda has yet to comment on the judge’s decision.
