Selena Gomez Will Continue Working With Her Mom On “The Sky Is Everywhere” Movie
Selena Gomez might have fired her mom Mandy and her step-dad Brian as her managers, but she will still be working with her parents in the future. Selena and her mom own the production company July Moon, and Selena and Mandy will produce the upcoming movie adaptation of the Jandy Nelson novel “The Sky Is Everywhere.”
In addition to helping to produce the movie, Selena is set to star in the film. The movie is about a bookworm named Lennie Walker who lives in the shadow of her older sister, until her sister passes away.
Lennie then has two guys fall for her, and she has to figure out how to juggle both guys, school and the grief of losing her sister. No word yet when the movie will start filming, but fingers crossed it happens this year!
P.S. Did you hear about how Selena fired her parents without them knowing about it?
