Actress Sarah Hyland and Singer Jordin Sparks were on hand yesterday, December 10th, at Delta’s Holiday In The Hangar Celebration held at LAX Airport in Los Angeles, California.
The celebration invites children to take part in fun activities including sports games provided by the LA Lakers and Kings.
There’s plenty of singing of holiday songs as well as making holiday crafts. The Penguins of Madagascar were there along with a special guest: Santa Claus with his elves stopped by!
Here’s what Jordin posted along with the photo below:
This is what the holidays are all about! Making kids smile! I had a blast @Delta’s Holiday in the Hangar with amazing kids from @PS_ARTS & @ChildrensLA. #proud #DeltaLAX #speezychristmas
What a great way to celebrate the holidays making kids smile! Do you help out at events like this during the holidays too?
On Sunday, December 14th at 9pm ET on ABC you can see Taylor Swift’s interview with Barbara Walters during the “Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2014″ show.
Us Weekly is reporting that Taylor gives answers to all sorts of questions from dating to her “good girl” image.
Here’s what Taylor has to say about drinking:
I mean, I do drink, I am 25 (she turns 25 on December 13). So it’s not like, I mean… Yeah, I was at a Knicks game and I had a beer and everybody was like, ‘Ohhh!’ I was like, ‘Tsk.’ I did wait until I was 21 to drink. I was so paranoid about getting in trouble or setting the wrong example or sending the wrong message.
Taylor goes on to say:
I put every one of my actions through a filter before I do them because that’s the way my life is. That the reality… if I do something reckless or thoughtless or careless, or I treat someone badly, that doesn’t just affect me; it affects that person. Then, if that story gets out, or some 10-year-old sees that I did that in a news article… my actions do have ripples.
We’ll be watching the Barbara Walters special, will you be tuning in too?
At the TrevorLIVE benefit on Sunday, December 7th, “Modern Family” actor, Jesse Tyler Ferguson performed his version of Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off,” from her “1989” album.
Jesse had this to say about his 1989
If there’s anything that I learned from my 1989 it’s that – well, I was a 14 year-old closeted gay kid in Albuquerque, New Mexico in a Catholic school, so I learned to not care what people think, to be the courage to be who I wanted to be and right now I want to be a country-to-pop-crossover-sensation.
Here’s what Jesse posted about his performance
Check out Jesse version of “Shake It Off” and let us know if you think it is as funny as we do? (Warning the video contains some bad language).
