Ivivva Athletica, Lululemon Athletica’s dance apparel brand, has teamed with Disney Consumer Products to introduced a new dancewear collection for girls inspired by the Disney Channel Original Series “Shake It Up.” Jennie Lam, the lead designer for ivivva athletica revealed:
Shake It Up and its main characters served as the perfect inspiration for our new clothing line. So many girls dream of becoming professional dancers and are inspired by Cece and Rocky. We are so excited to have a line of dancewear that incorporates their passion for dance and the vibrancy of their personalities. The ‘Shake It Up’ line strikes the right balance between functionality and spirit and meets the needs and desires of girls who want to dance and move in style.
Here’s a description of the line of dancewear:
“Influenced by Rocky and Cece’s spirit and energy, the Shake It Up line features fun yet functional gear for active girls. From legwarmers and shorts to jackets and headbands, the collection offers an assortment of athletic apparel and accessories made from technical fabrics in exciting styles and colors.”
The “Shake It Up” ivivva athletica collection is currently available online at ivivva.com and the “Shake It Up” line will be created by ivivva for Spring 2012, Summer 2012, Fall 2012 and Winter 2012.

A new clothing collection for women, called Sheer Romance, will arrive at Disney on February 18, 2012. Above are some artist renderings of the designs that will be on T-shirts available at the Disney Vault 28 at the Disneyland Resort and and Tren-D at the Walt Disney World Resort.

We love the new line of of bags designed with Minnie Mouse in mind at the Disney Store! The Disney Couture Minnie Mouse line of bags and wallets are all black with metallic shimmer on them. Each bag has Minnie Mouse’s signature bow on it somewhere, and we honestly can’t decide which of these bags we like best! Which one is your favorite?
The Disney Store is no longer selling the Furry Friends Vinylmation characters. Here is the explanation from the Disney Store blog:
“Dear Disney Store Guests:
It is our commitment to offer high-quality merchandise and unfortunately the application of the Furry Friends Vinylmation artwork did not meet our standards. As such, we are no longer selling the product.
We have not yet decided whether or not the collection will be re-released in the future, but we are offering a full refund to any Guest who is dissatisfied with his or her Furry Friends Vinylmation purchase. If you would like to return your Furry Friends Vinylmation figure(s), please return the merchandise to the nearest Disney Store or viaDisneyStore.com and we will happily provide a refund for the full amount (or we will exchange your Furry Friends figurine for a Vinylmation figurine from any other series, if available).
Disney Store is still committed to supporting ASPCA’s work and will donate $1 for each Furry Friend Vinylmation produced, for a magical donation of $60,000. We apologize to our Guests for any inconvenience.”

Kate Aspen has teamed with Disney Consumer Products to release a Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Favor And Gift Collection. Here’s a description:
