Disney is working on a live-action adaptation of “The Jungle Book” movie. Jon Favreau is in talks to direct the movie, and Idris Elba is slated to play the character Shere Khan.
Other actors in talks for the film include Scarlett Johansson and Lupita Nyong’o.
Lupita is in talks to play Rakcha, a mother wolf who adpots Mowgli. Scarlett is in talks to play Kaa, the hypnotizing python.
The live-action/CG Animated movie is scheduled to arrive in theaters on October 9, 2015.
Alloy Entertainment has just announced that the final book in the “Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants” series, “Sisterhood Everlasting,” is being turned into a movie! This will be the third film in the series.
So far the entertainment company has not announced if the original stars will return, including:
America did reveal that if she was asked to return to the movie she would as she would love to work with her co-stars again – so fingers crossed each of the actresses feels the same way! America told the press at the 2014 Tribeca Film Festival:
I think it would be amazing if there was [another one]! All four of us are very much connected to one another. Amber is one of my best friends, as well as the other Sisterhood girls. We all have been friends for a decade now. We all went through our twenties together. All my Sisterhood girls are very close to me. We all had such a rich and full friendship after that [movie].
