Everyone fell in love with Courtney & Calvin’s story last week- and I felt their cake deserved a moment in the spotlight as well! These love birds chose to incorporate Nemo, Meeko and Gus Gus into their decadent dessert because they have two cats and a dog named after the beloved characters at home. Attention to detail aside, my favorite part of this duo’s cake is definitely the topper…

The Disney Parks blog just shared this awesome Jungle Cruise wedding cake that one of the couples they married had made for their big day! Here’s what was posted along with the picture:
“One of my favorite parts of a wedding is the cake. It brings people together, makes for great photos and is a chance for couples to express their personalities. Newlyweds Lisa and Steven did just that. The duo met on the Disney College Program while Steven was a skipper at Jungle Cruise, so when it was time to say “I do” Lisa worked with our bakery team to design a cake after the attraction itself.”
