Taylor refused to answer a question about Justin winning the milestone award that night. When Taylor was asked about Justin she asked if she could pass and take another question!

Justin Bieber paid a visit to the Whitney Elementary school in Las Vegas before taking the stage at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards. Justin is donating food and funds to the school for the next year to help out the students, and he helped fill up bags of food for the kids during his visit.
Justin might be losing popularity when it comes to his music and stage presence – he was booed at the awards show - but he knows who he is and he knows the importance of giving back. Justin Tweeted along with the video below:
