Justin Bieber is just about to release his music journals for the world to hear! Justin wrote and recorded tracks in every city he visited for his Believe tour, and he’s picking out the best songs to share with his fans. Justin had an early morning meeting with his manager Scooter Braun about his upcoming tunes!

We also know that Justin is working on a new track with Miley Cyrus! However, it seems the two were spending more time flirting than talking about music over the weekend!
Time out what? Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber were spotted together at the Beacher’s Madhouse club at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles, California over the weekend. Miley showed up to the club first and Justin came in at almost 2am, and headed straight for Miley’s table.
The duo reportedly flirted for a while and then left the club together! Nobody knows where they went, but we do know that earlier in the day Justin spent time at Miley’s home and was seen leaving in his leopard print car.
Sources know that Miley and Justin have been friends forever, but they think something else might be happening now. Do you think that Miley is trying to get back at Selena Gomez who hated when Justin hung out with her?
