Miley Cyrus announced Justin Bieber as the Best Male Artist at the Billboard Music Awards last night! Miley took the stage in a gorgeous ensamble to hand the award to Justin as well as promote her upcoming single.
Miley’s song “We Can’t Stop” will arrive on June 3, 2013. No word yet if Miley has a collaborator on the track with her, we’ll keep you posted!
