At the TrevorLIVE benefit on Sunday, December 7th, “Modern Family” actor, Jesse Tyler Ferguson performed his version of Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off,” from her “1989” album.

Jesse had this to say about his 1989

If there’s anything that I learned from my 1989 it’s that – well, I was a 14 year-old closeted gay kid in Albuquerque, New Mexico in a Catholic school, so I learned to not care what people think, to be the courage to be who I wanted to be and right now I want to be a country-to-pop-crossover-sensation.

Here’s what Jesse posted about his performance

I’m basically Beyonce.

Check out Jesse version of “Shake It Off” and let us know if you think it is as funny as we do? (Warning the video contains some bad language).
