Adam Hicks is on the set of the hit Disney XD series “Pair Of Kings” today, August 15, 2012! Here’s what Adam shared along with the photo from the set:

Adam just joined the popular show this season when Mitchel Musso was removed from the series following an underage DUI. Many fans of the show are outraged that Mitchel wasn’t given another chance, and they disagree with Disney’s decision to place Adam on the show.
Have YOU tuned in for “Pair Of Kings” this season? We think Adam is a very funny actor and we think he gets along great with the entire “Pair Of Kings” cast, but after hearing from everyone else who watches the show it makes us wonder if this will be “Pair Of Kings” final season.
A lot of former fans of the show refuse to watch unless Disney brings back Mitchel, and since that seems unlikely it looks like the next step may be to remove “Pair Of Kings” from the Disney XD lineup. However, we won’t know anything for sure until Disney releases the viewer numbers for the entire season and make a final decision based on those numbers. We’ll keep you posted when we find out Disney XD’s next step with “Pair Of Kings.”

Uh oh! Disney XD’s “Pair Of Kings” has gotten a lot of fans upset by removing Mitchel Musso from the show and adding “Zeke and Luther” star Adam Hicks to the cast. While Adam isn’t trying to replace Mitchel, and his character is very different, fans are utterly upset that Disney would take away the actor that they claim they watched the show for!
Mitchel was released from the show following an incident where he was pulled over for underage drinking and driving. While many believe that Disney did the right thing by removing Mitchel from the show, it is sad that his former cast mates may lose their show because fans no longer want to tune in.

Even though Adam Hicks is a great actor, there was something about Mitchel that made viewers very committed to the show. Now that Mitchel has left, it’s just not the same and fans aren’t actively trying to give Adam a chance. They just want King Brady back.
