Lucas Stephen Grabeel born November 23, 1984 in Springfield, Missouri. Lucas, an only child, grew up in Springfield and after graduating from high school in 2003 he moved to Los Angeles to become an actor.

Not long after moving to Los Angeles did Lucas appeared in commercials and landed a role in his first Disney Channel Original Movie, Halloweentown High in 2004. The following year Lucas performed in the blockbuster hit, High School Musical as Ryan Evans, Sharpay’s twin brother. Lucas reprised his role in both, High School Musical 2 and High School Musical 3: Senior Year. He also toured with the cast in 2007. Since the first High School Musical movie, Lucas has appeared in several television series like “Boston Legal”, “Smallville”, “Till Death”, and “Veronica Mars”. 


In 2006, Lucas reprised his role as Ethan in Return to Halloweentown. In 2008 he appeared in the movie, College Road Trip, alongside Raven Symone. Lucas also finished working on an independent film, Alice Upside Down, as the character Lester McKinley. The film was based on the “Alice” book series by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor and was released on DVD in July 2008. Adding to his filmography, Lucas appeared in the Academy Award-nominated movie, Milk. Lucas played a friend and supporter of Harvey Milk, Dnaiel Nicoletta. His latest movie project is The Legend of the Dancing Ninja, which is a sequel to Beverly Hills Ninja.

Since 2007, Lucas has recorded a number of songs, all of which can be found on iTunes or YouTube. Lucas also has since established his own production company, 14341 Productions. The company produces music and movies – we can’t wait to see what comes of this!
