“Summertime Of Our Lives” is off of Cody’s upcoming “Surfers Paradise” album, and you can download the track on iTunes when you pre-order Cody’s upcoming CD – releasing on July 16, 2013!

Justin Bieber was leaving the Laugh Factory in California this week when he hit a photographer with his car. Justin was in the drivers seat while his friend Lil Twist was in the passenger seat.
According to sources Justin pinned the paparazzi between his Ferrari and a parked car before turning his vehicle and driving away.
After Justin hit the photographer he sped off down the street rather than stopping. The photographer had to be taken by an ambulance to the hospital with suspected leg injuries.
When police finally got in touch with Justin, he and his team told law officials that Justin didn’t know he had hit anyone, and the police are letting him off the hook since the paparazzi shouldn’t have been standing in the street.
